If you for some unknown reason would like to cancel your subscription, all we ask is that you send the RailGuard back to us.

If you receive a RailGuard and it has been damaged, we will replace it with no charge. Just return the damaged RailGuard to us. That is all we ask.

The two temperature probes are mounted on the bottom side of the rail with a stainless steel clamp. There is no need to change the geometry of the rail or drill holes in the rail.
It’s a non-invasive mounting method.

The RailGuard can be installed in multiple locations globally and in the Portal you will be able to see all the collected data.

Securing our customers data is a key element in our business. In order to login in to our Cloud Platform we require Multi Factor Authentication using an Authenticator App on a phone. We prefer to use Microsoft Authenticator but others can be used as well.
