  • We are using DPD and DHL to send our devices to you.

  • If you for some unknown reason would like to cancel your subscription, all we ask is that you send the RailGuard back to us.

  • If you receive a RailGuard and it has been damaged, we will replace it with no charge. Just return the damaged RailGuard to us. That is all we ask.

  • The two temperature probes are mounted on the bottom side of the rail with a stainless steel clamp. There is no need to change the geometry of the rail or drill holes in the rail.

    It’s a non-invasive mounting method.

  • The RailGuard can be installed in multiple locations globally and in the Portal you will be able to see all the collected data.

  • Securing our customers data is a key element in our business. In order to login in to our Cloud Platform we require Multi Factor Authentication using an Authenticator App on a phone. We prefer to use Microsoft Authenticator but others can be used as well.
